so i ended up in Kansas City, MI for business purposes. and in the heart of the country, it's all about the MEAT and the POTATOES. so, not only did I end up in KC, but I ended up in a steakhouse. (www.herefordhouse.com) and the ribs appeared beautiful, my meal of trout was left wanting. But the carrot cake, w/ toasted carmelized walnuts...irresistible.
