another fantastic night of pizza. i can't resist the sourdough crust. it's simply fabulous. this time i let it sit for two hours instead of the usual half. still GREAT. crispy, but i still don't know how to get the edges to puff up. this turned out into perfectly delicious pizza, from 1.5 cups of my emilio, 1 Tsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of salt, and 1.5 cups of flour. take or give a few pinches and dashes... Posted by Hello
